Made it to Ottawa.
It’s past midnight and I have to be up early to take a one day trip to Montreal. I’m meeting with an Adobe Colleague for lunch. I better practise my French! I have camera in hand so it should be a fun trip.

Noise reduction headphones - Don’t fly without them!
Two days ago I picked up a pair of headphones with Noise Reduction. Wow! What a difference they make on the plane! Basically they have a tiny microphone that works out what outside noise is present (eg The Plane) and filters that from what you hear. The experience? Great sound quality with little background noise. […]

Woke up this morning to find 4 huge “G-Unit” coaches outside the hotel. Yup, Eminem and friends are performing in San Jose tonight and are staying in my hotel. Do i care? Not really. I had to be told what a “G-Unit” was. I guess i’m getting old

With great dissappointment I realised that I am in San Jose a week early and will miss the San Jose Grand Prix. The race goes straight past the Adobe towers and it would enable great viewing from the office. I wouldn’t describe myself as a “petrol head” but it would still be great to see. […]
