Bags? What bags?
In Amsterdam tonight, but without our bags.. which are somewhere between Poland and Holland. Thanks British Airways.. you are the best - not!
Surely it cant be that hard to track two bags that have a barcode attached to them? (i witnessed the tagging as i always do!) but no.. there comment “we think you should get them tomorrow, and we can only see 1 bag in our system”. Sigh.
